We currently offer two fulfillment methods:
· Pick-up
Available at designated locations for all product types — ambient, chilled, and frozen.
· Courier Delivery
Orders are shipped based on the required temperature zone of each product, with appropriate packaging to maintain product freshness and quality.

Delivered nationwide across Australia. Shipping fees vary based on total order weight and destination
· Chilled Products (Sydney only)
Delivered via professional cold chain courier service.
· Frozen Products (Sydney only)
Also delivered via cold chain courier.
Orders that include chilled or frozen items will be delivered using professional third-party couriers equipped with temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure safe handling.

Chilled and frozen delivery is limited to Sydney metro areas.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Simply enter your delivery address to see the exact fee based on your location and order details.
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
· Product type (ambient, chilled, frozen)
· Delivery address and availability of cold chain service
· Packaging requirements and courier method
Mixed Orders:
To maintain cold chain integrity:
If your order includes products from different temperature zones (e.g. ambient, chilled, or frozen), they will be packaged and shipped separately based on their storage requirements. Separate shipping fees will apply for each shipment group.
Delivery Timeframes
· Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
· Estimated delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
· For chilled or frozen deliveries, our Customer Service team may contact you to coordinate delivery based on your postcode and product type.
Risk & Responsibility
· All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
· Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer.
· We are not liable for delays, loss, or theft after delivery is marked complete, including unattended parcels.
Due to the perishable nature of certain items, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for chilled and frozen products.
