SECTION 4 – FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Nutralife Wellness takes food allergies seriously and takes all reasonable steps to identify ingredients that may cause reactions. Where applicable, allergen information is provided on packaging.
Please note that our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens including milk, eggs, gluten, fish, nuts, soy, and sesame seeds. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Additionally, product ingredients from external suppliers may change without notice. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution and consult us before purchase or consumption.
All food products are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The amount charged will be the price at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed via email.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or handling charges. Online store pricing may differ from prices in retail or third-party outlets.
Promotional offers may be subject to their own terms. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for updating your billing details (including your email, payment method, and expiration dates) to complete purchases and ensure we can contact you if needed.
You warrant that:

We are not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our transfer of the goods to the shipping carrier.
